New Construction

Darley's Plumbing is one of Northeast Florida's leading new construction companies, working in both residential and commercial markets.  Our New Construction customers and projects "come in all shapes and sizes."  We have clients that are national builder/contractors building thousands of homes annually, but we also have clients that focus on one or two custom projects per year.  We have done new construct plumbing on single-family homes, multi-family homes, strip malls, apartment buildings, fast-food restaurants, auto parts stores, and more.

With almost 70 years plumbing experience between them, Carl Darley, Mark Cannady, and Gary Hall oversee the New Construction Department.  Although they handle all types of New Construction work, their typical responsibilities are:

• Carl oversees all aspects of the department running both residential and commercial jobs,
• Mark takes care of the commercial customers, and
• Gary deals with residential clients.

Altogether, they are responsible for making certain that the customers are well taken care of.  This includes ensuring the availability and scheduling of the

• plumbers,
• equipment,
• parts and materials,
• inspections,
• location of underground utilities, and
• all other project needs.
